The Right Direction Program

The Right Direction Program, formerly known as the Homeless Outreach Program, is helping students and families experiencing homelessness by connecting them with a dedicated outreach specialist. This specialist can:

 

• Meet with families to assess ongoing needs

• Provide community resources and referrals

• Assist with applications

• Monitor school progress

• Provide information on the rights of the students experiencing homelessness

• Attend resource fairs and back-to-school nights

• Provide outreach to the community
