Case Management Services are provided to each Thrive participant. Ongoing assessments take place throughout their time in the program and allow participants to access services, support, and referrals to the appropriate agencies.

Residents receive personalized life skills training, covering essentials like cooking, cleaning, job readiness, financial management, and housing stability. Engaging activities promote social and active lifestyles, helping youth build a strong foundation for independence and long-term success.

At Thrive, we believe that community and neighborhood involvement is important. We offer youth opportunities to give back through volunteering, fostering community engagement and responsibility. In partnership with the District Justice Office, we also provide a space for young people to complete required service hours.

The Work Program equips youth (16-24) with financial knowledge, job skills, and career training, empowering them to manage finances and build a stable future. It provides essential vocational skills for a successful transition to adulthood and long-term employment.

Career Kickstart helps residents gain the confidence and skills necessary to navigate the job market and explore the endless possibilities as they discover their ideal career path.

Thrive on the Move assists residents as they navigate the city - showing them ways to access to resources with ease.  Residents are shown how to get around independently and make the most of the resources in your area. With the hands-on life skills learned from this class, our residents are empowered with the tools to live a healthier, more organized lifestyle.

Our Trade Development Program provides participants with hands-on training in construction trades. Our partnerships with skilled tradesmen and local organizations also equips residents with technical knowledge, proper use of tools, and safety procedures to sharpening technical skills and soft skills like teamwork, problem solving, and professionalism.
