Housing Programs
Thrive Housing Services helps individuals and families transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Our programs provide support, skill-building, and a safe space to overcome challenges. We empower each person to rebuild their lives, fostering stability, independence, and a strong connection to their community.

Family Housing Program
The Family Housing Program helps single parents and families, who may otherwise not qualify, find safe, stable housing within their budget. Beyond securing a home, we provide resources to promote self-sufficiency and long-term success so that families feel supported and empowered as they transition into their new home.

Next Level Program
The Next Level Program provides safe, semi-supervised housing and life skills support for young adults age 18-24 transitioning to independent living. Residents gain essential skills, career and education support, and opportunities to build friendships through group activities, all while working toward their personal goals.

Emergency Shelter Program (ESP)
The primary purpose of the Emergency Shelter Program (ESP) is to provide emergency
shelter services to runaway and homeless youth, ages 16 to 21 who have been forced to
leave their home; cannot live safely with a parent, legal guardian, or relative; have no
other safe alternative living arrangement; or homeless youth who might otherwise
become involved with law enforcement, child welfare, mental health institutions, or the juvenile justice system. This program strengthens and expands our existing service offerings to provide additional support to meet the immediate needs of youth experiencing a housing crisis.

Rapid Rehousing
The Rapid Rehousing Program prioritizes unhoused young adults age 18 to 24, including pregnant and parenting, who are living on the street or in places not meant for human habitation. The program helps with securing identification, safety planning, mental health stabilization, and housing placement. Depending on their needs and readiness, program participants can enter transitional housing or move directly into rapid rehousing when ready for independent living.

Temporary & Transitional Housing with Support
This program provides temporary residential placement and supportive assistance to youth transitioning out of homelessness and in need of housing assistance until they secure employment or another type of suitable
income. Life skills classes, employment training, mentoring, and support groups are
provided. In our 3-phase process of
assistance, this program prepares youth to transition to stable, permanent housing in one of our apartments.

Permanent Supportive Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing is designed to build independent living and tenancy skills while connecting people with community-based health care, treatment and employment services. This program has proven to be an effective solution for Thrive participants who, prior to our program, experienced chronic homelessness - decreasing the number of people returning to homelessness and increasing housing stability.

Shared Housing & Roommate Matching
Shared Housing consists of a formal arrangement in which two or more unrelated residents share a house or an apartment, but hold separate leases for each bedroom. Individuals are connected to resources that offer the necessary support needed to maintain a stable and permanent housing environment.
